In the event of any discrepancies between translations of these Terms, the English version will prevail.

  1. Vaw World Media Company includes the Vaw World Media brand and all licensed affiliates and partners involved in distributing 3D models on behalf of the Company.
  2. 3D Media Product refers to any collection of digital files, images, or videos available on the Site, identifiable by a product ID. These products may include 3D models, texture maps, motion captures, photographs, application software, and other related materials. These products may also include derivative and intermediary files for use in various software applications.
  3. Site refers to the Vaw World Media Company website, APIs, software applications, or any future utilities, including all intellectual property protected under copyright, trademark, or any other proprietary rights.

II. General Use

  1. License to Use the Site

    • Ownership: Except as expressly licensed to you, Vaw World Media Company retains all ownership rights to the services provided, including the Site and all 3D Media Products.
    • Unauthorized Use: Unauthorized use of the Site or 3D Media Products may result in the termination of your account and the pursuit of further legal actions by the Company. Unauthorized uses include, but are not limited to:
      • Repackaging or framing the Site for commercial purposes without express permission.
      • Obscuring or removing any watermark, copyright, or proprietary notices.
      • Mining, hacking, or gathering data from the Site without authorization.
      • Decompiling or reverse-engineering any part of the Site.
      • Interfering with any user’s experience or testing for technical vulnerabilities.
      • Using the Site for recruitment purposes or sharing private information without permission.

  2. User-Submitted Material: Vaw World Media Company does not claim ownership or liability for materials you submit. However, you must adhere to the following rules when posting content:

    • Do not post anything that disrupts constructive dialogue or is abusive, defamatory, racist, or obscene.
    • Do not submit spam, advertisements, or content containing viruses or infringing third-party rights.

III. Warranties

You warrant to Vaw World Media Company that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that you will use the Site in compliance with these Terms.

IV. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is," with no warranties regarding its usefulness, quality, or accuracy. You assume all risks associated with using the Site, including potential damage to your computer systems. Vaw World Media Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

V. Termination and General Terms

  1. Entire Agreement: This agreement represents the entire contract between you and Vaw World Media Company unless additional agreements are signed.
  2. Termination: A breach of these Terms may result in the termination of your access to the Site. You may also terminate this agreement by ceasing to use the Site.
  3. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of New York, and any disputes will be settled in courts located in New York, NY.
  4. Notice: Notices under this agreement should be sent via email to the Company, with acknowledgment required for the notice to be valid.

VI. Intellectual Property Claims (DMCA)

Vaw World Media Company respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your rights have been infringed, please follow our procedures for filing a complaint.
